The Alpha Male is the leader of the pack. Often older than most o the others, he still is in his prime. He is the most experianced and the strongest. It is his descision whether or not a stranger can join the pack. He eats first at a kill. He is the one who marks the territory. The rest of the pack is comprised of his relatives and offspring. His position is stable until age renders him invalid. |
